Has anyone installed the LED lights to their back tail lights. If so, are they "plug and Play" or do you have to do additional wiring, I am reading company adds about putting in a ballast or a resistor.
Also what brand do you recommend. I am old school and this is all new to me.

It depends on the LED kit that you buy. When I did my 86 the kit I bought was a simple plug and play. It cam with the correct plug and all I had to do was plug it into where the old bulb was. I would suggest that you contact the vendor for the tail lights you want to use and see what they say.
