You may need to modify center two bolt holes on intake manifold to bolt it on. Make a jumper to run additional 6 injectors, a different fuel pump, & then get a chip to make it run. I would find a 305 z28 or firebird for intake, wiring harness,& ecm. I'm sure you can find more information on impala forums.

They did a bolt angle change at crossover center two holes on each side. The 305 uses the 45 degree center bolt holes. Idk for sure the l98 supposedly does not have the revised bolt holes. You can tell by looking at manifold if all holes are the same angle or not. If the angles don't match your heads, you will need to modify or change heads.
