Problem ended up being a bad pcm. Sent it out to be repaired, car runs great with no issues anymore.

You mentioned new injectors from fic, did you get the correct ones? I had overfueling and poor fuel milage on my 93 and when I talked to Jon he knew what was wrong and sent me out a new set. Put in new o2 sensors but could have cleaned the old ones. MPG went from 12 to 27. On a side note I got a plug wire on wrong and it ran terrible . Also had one that was damaged do the same thing. Just one more thing, the coil and ICM. Heat can do a number on them quickly and damage it and run great until it warms up. Need the paste on it between it and heat sink. I added a nylon washer between the brackets to space it out some to lessen heat transfer.
