I want to install 22lb Bosch III injectors in my car and I have been told that the reference 0280155703 are perfect for my '91 L98 car. Is that right? The length is fine? Are any special o-rings needed?

Just make sure you use 3x o rings, one at top and two O rings at bottom as per the FIC photo.
The standard injectors have a clip that hold them to the fuel rail, the body also prevents the injector from being pushed down.
The Bosch 111 injectors are slightly shorter and they can be forced down into the inlet manifold fuel injector recess without the extra o ring,
that will have a fuel leak from fuel rail and injector.
