A converted LT1 intake is an option too....litle less plenum room but port it well it will outflow any head you find. I typically get 350-370cfm out of them which is overkill.
Look for threads by davif frederick in the parts section or bring one to a machinist, they can weld in your dist boss cheaply.

The SuperRam hasn't been made in years. Used ones around a grand.

Its a nice intake but a ported LT1 swap might come along sooner before you spot a deal on a used MiniRam
Tom400CFI will sell ya one and Cuisinartvette (Ron) will port it for ya - Goodluck on the search

I'd do a complete LT1 swap. A cammed LT1 is a great upgrade over a tired L98, especially one with the '128 casting heads.
LT1's are cheap and plentiful from fbodies. I've got two sitting on stands in my shop waiting for something to put them in.
Pick up an ECM from a '94/95 for $50 which is flashable through the OBD port.
