Default 89 coupe C68 and no heat

Just replaced the air blend door actuator and now I don't have heat. Did the BITE check per the FSM and it says nothing's wrong. However, the actuator is not moving during normal operation and during calibration if I disconnect the battery. All modes seem to be operating normally. I get cold a.c. but no heat. Anyone got any ideas?
Will a vacuum leak affect the door actuator operation via the programmer while returning a 00 on the BITE?

Bryan at bate.com is an expert at fixing many C4 electronic parts. He fixed my AC/heater programmer so the blend door would work properly.

Bryan Thompson is "THE" MAN to speak to when you have any issues with your "Digital dashboard" or the "C68" Electronic AC system.

He helped me with my 1988 C4 and I would recommend no other!

Thanks, maybe I'll send my programmer in anyway.
