Did all 91's come with smog pump?

Just converted my 81 to 91 fuel injection and am wondering if all 91's came with a smog pump as I have to do the visual inspection at DMV

Yes, catalog shows 87- 91 using the same belt driven pump.

I'm not sure about your location but how does it work? Is your car considered an 81 and it goes off whatever specs were 81 or does it go off the motor?
