Default 1989 fuel rail fitment

I need to purchase a fuel injector rail set that will fit my 89. Will this unit on ebay work?

I don't think you want the 9th injector hole.

A very long time ago I was given this list as a reference to TPI rails. Shop eBay using these as a reference OR maybe just post a WTB here in the parts section. The seller in the eBay link post #3 seems to be a very reputable seller.

17085052 1985-87 305 Bosch
17087254 1985-87 305 Multec
17089024 1989 305 Rochester
17090100 1990-91 305 Rochester
17085050 1985 350 Bosch
17085019 1986-87 350 Bosch
17086106 1986-87 350 Bosch
17087265 1987-88 350 Bosch
17087266 1987 350 Multec
17088065 1988 350 Multec
17089025 1989 350 Multec
17089026 1989 350 Rochester
17080101 1990-91 350 Rochester
17080102 1990-91 350 Rochester

This reference seems to similarly ID them and the number would be top of the left rail on OE assemblies.

Can the 9th injector hole be plugged and the rail still used?

Will it make a difference part number 17089025 or 17089026? I'll be using 32 lb Bosch III injectors on the engine on a Edelbrock intake and Superram.

I'd think any of the last 4 in the list would be the preferred for you. Look at the upper surface of your current left rail to attempt a confirmation of the information in the list.
