I've looked at lots of AC threads but cannot focus in on fix for when the AC lights blinking, pushing out warm air and I have to keep going to the fuse box and removing courtesy light and radio fuse for 1 minute (as manual says to do) before AC restores. AC unit is showing a full charge when gauge is put on it. Any help on what I should be looking at for permanent fix?

You need factory service manuals. There is likely a code stored. There is a YouTube video on the C68 self diagnostics.
