It's a simple affair, press tensioner, you should see/feel slack in the belt, slide it off to the side, release tensioner, continue to remove belt. Route new belt, press tensioner back and place belt in position and release. Given its your first time it may take some fiddling but you will get it. Start the new belt by placing around the crank pulley first and then just reference your routing diagram

Mine was a real fight to get the belt back on the alternator, I pulled
the tensioner up until it stopped, it took an extra hand from my Son
to get it on the last pulley. Old belt came off with little effort.

Melting Slicks
On my 91 it is easiest to leave the A/C as last. It allows right hand for tensioner and left to put the belt on. With a new belt it can be a little bit of a struggle though I am in mid 60's and partially disabled and I can do it so suppose anyone can. The key I think is to leave the last pulley closest to what you can reach while using one hand for tensioner. if doing it alone.

When replacing my belt, I used a long stick to help pass the new belt through the tight area between the engine balancer and front frame member. A back-scratcher stick works pretty good

Once the new belt is on and looks right verify that tensioner indicator is between the two limit reference marks, if not some not properly on a pully or the belt is the wrong size.

Drifting
I had to use the help of my 9yo to pull the belt from the passenger side to the drivers side. My Procharger increased this from the stated -15 up to a good solid 5. It was a PITA.
