Default Coleman Racing Products c4 hub adaptor

Has anyone used the Coleman Racing Products replacement front hub assembly in road racing, track, solo etc. It uses a tapered replaceable bearing instead of the sealed factory type that is known for quick failure in road racing. Their ad says it is for the 91-96 cars but wondering if it can work with earlier cars as well with slight mod. Expensive at 500 per side but not so much if you are having to replace stock type nearly every weekend.

I don't believe it should be an issue if you don't mind losing the ABS. In an earlier thread I mentioned changing to '91+ spindles to use on earlier cars but a few weeks later I had rethought that and I don't believe it's an issue. I had never posted back to that thread because the thread died. I did mention to an '85 owner my thoughts last post in the thread. The flange offset is the same.

You will have to sacrifice ABS

First post...hate to be the "holy thread bump" guy, but I'd be interested in knowing if anyone has used these.
