Sagging headliner repair
#2
obvious, but remove the top, makes working on it much easier. I removed the board by using a couple plastic putty knives, scraped and sanded the residue off, sanded & painted the underside of the roof. No more headliner. Ghetto??? Maybe, but cheap fix.

I just completed this repair on my 95 top. It wasn't too difficult. I followed the basic instructions from Ozzstar's YouTube video. I have a few pictures and details in this link (see post #16):

Much nicer not having the headliner brushing me on the top of my head all the time!

John

All I did was removed the old headliner completely and glued new headliner fabric directly to the underside of the top. I gained a little more headroom and if I didn't tell anyone that is what I did, no one would know it. It worked out fantastic.
