yes, but not much. How much do you lack for valve clearance?
EDIT: after reading your sig (if that is what you're referring to) If you left the rotating assembly stock and didn't deck the block clearance won't be an issue. I milled .010 off my heads just to clean them up and had plenty of clearance with a 1.6 rr and a 1.6 exhaust valve. Good luck

ditto, i had .10 milled off and had plenty of room.. course i used the right SRP pistons ;)

Depends how much material they took off as to how much the CR was affected, but it would be a slight decrease in CR at any rate. I would guess anywhere from .01-.10 decrease.
