Default Necessary to change plugs/O2 after using Seafoam?

I want to try this on all my cars, but is it necessary to change the plugs/o2 sensor? My plugs are about 7k miles old (cutback rapidfires), and my o2 sensor is about MAYBE 500 miles old.
On my other car, plugs are about 5k miles old, and the o2 sensor is GOD ONLY HOW OLD! (But the damn thing is $60!!)

I've heard that as long as you keep the RPM's up while you get the smoke out, and drive it like you stole it, they will both be fine. :yesnod:

That's what I forgot to add in the othe post! My plugs didn't look any worse than not using the stuff. And I never had an O2 sensor problem either. I question if it helps but as long as you follow the directions it won't hurt anything.
