Default Back on the road

Back on the road again today. Changed the Coolant Temp. Sensor which eliminated my codes. I had two but both are gone for now *knock on wood*. I got a Duralast lifetime warranty CTS at AutoZone for $19.70 The car isn't leaking and no SES for the 6 mile drive I had afterwards. Car even seemed to fire up quick/stronger after the CTS change. Idling great and pulling hard made me smile and wanna hug the car today!
Kudos to member 89L98TPI who always answers my questions. While we have never met in person he is a solid guy.

Rolling shot today!

Those darn coolant temperature sensors are a real PIA. It is amazing how many people have issues that are somehow connected to the CTS. Thanks for educating us on your solution and those who helped you!

This Forum is a "Godsend" for some of us out here. There are some people who really know and understand the C4's out there.

Get that Beautiful Corvette out there on those great roads like the one in your picture! And by the way, it is "okay" to hug your Corvette! Corvettes need Love too!

Great Job getting your car back in action without spending a ton of cash!

I don't want to be a stick in the mud but some codes (when cleared) require (I think) like 3 start up and warm up and cool down and start again three times to come back. Experts (I am not) can correct me. I had this with a EGR code that I kept thinking I had fixed. Dan

I did that prior to leaving the driveway after the CTS change. Never heard of what your saying but I wanted to test starting it up a few times before I left the garage.

Daughter wanted to make a little video like in the past so I let her record me when I pulled the car in after a wash. Spun the tires and scared her lol

It's good you're acclimating her to the tire spin ... for those times when you really let loose! Congrats on fixing your problems.
