Streaks on window that don't come off
I have streaks that look like rain drops that ran down over the windshield. Bought car used, so don't know anything about it. Used Zep degreaser, washed, then windex with vinegar & water, then acetone then car wash, - still on.
Thinking of using MEK.. what choices do I have. Appears clear during day, only in foggy humid weather does this happen and makes driving very hazardous...

It can be over spray, possibly.. Mineral deposits if they're really bad.
You can "shave" the window with a razor blade to remove over spray and the like. You can also use super fine steel wool, but you must get it all off of the car afterwards or it will cause rust spots in your paint.
You can also massage it with a mild abrasive.. Like toothpaste and water.

I am going to suggest that you try the "Invisible Glass" from Stoner Industries. I get it at advanced auto and there has never been any glass product that even comes close to the clean it makes on your windows. That would be the first thing to try, if that does not work you need to go to Eastwood and get one of their "Pro Glass Polishing kits" I have used this before and it is a great product. I never thought my windshield would be as clear as it is today!
They get $48 for the kit and it will do more than one Corvette easily. Very simple kit to use and little risk of destroying your glass. Toothpaste does work if you have to go that route. I am trying to show you something designed to do precisely what you are trying to do.
I wish you the very best in getting the glass clean!

You can go to home depot/lowes and buy a product called Cerama Bryte. It is a soft paste like product used to clean and polish glass cook tops and works extremely well. Put some on a damp cloth and it will polish the glass perfectly. It is all I use before shows. $6 or so
