HVAC keeps blowing fuse
I tried searching and ZR!.net with no luck.
I went to work a month ago and A/C worked fine. I parked the car and when I came out few hours later I had no HVAC lights, air, nothing{dead unit}. I figured I blew a fuse pulling the radar detector out of lighter socket. Since then I have replaced the 25a fuse and it has blown again. Sometimes the A/C works fine and other times it is hot and then the fuse blows. What should I check? I have FSM but not sure if I have the HVAC code part of it. Low freon? Aux, fan? Any ideas? Yes I am still 12A freon.

I had that issue. It was the wires that went to the compressor that kept shorting out. The bottom side, hence took some work to find, had rubbed and torn the insulation. Check that all the way first.
