Default 1986 corvette starts but will not stay running

the car will start and run for 5 minutes then dies - no apparent reason - someone said it was in the security system?
Has fuel, pressure ok - just no spark

doesn't have time to heat up so ?

Thanks

At what temp does it die? They go from closed loop to open loop (or vice versa) at a certain temperature and I know for a fact a bad sensor or computer will cause them to die when they flip from one mode to the next. Monitor the temp closely and post back at what temp it dies.

The ignition control module under the dizzy rotor is heat sensitive but other than that I find that strange. The module could fail as it warms up.
