Default 93 vs 92 wiring harness?

I have a question: is a 93 engine wiring harness compatible with my 92? I need a replacement harness and I can't find a 92, but I have found a couple from 93.

By part # they're different with 4 different for each year. COMPATIBLE might depend upon the talent of the person attempting the install. One notable difference I believe is the 'under-hood' arrangement,. '92 was last year for battery jump-block and then in '93 there's 2 under-hood fuse blocks. It might be an interesting study!!

You might mention which you need maybe. A4 & C60, or A4 & C68 OR MAYBE M6 & C60 or M6 & C68 to see what maybe some might be able to offer up! If a harness is original and in good condition there's likely a 'tape wrap' near the C100 junction with a portion of the part # to ID what you've found.

Thanks WVZR-1! That was the kind of info I was looking for! I need one for an A4, C60 set up. If anybody has one for a '92 please let me know!

A '92 A4 w/C60 should be I believe a GM # 10125009 and wrapped near the C100 connector it might have a tape with complete number or a portion of it. Generally only the last 4 digits. See if maybe the one on your car now is present. Often it is.
