Default Diagnosis help....No heat.

85 with no heat. Heater core not leaking. Fan works. Both lines coming out of the heater core are hot. New thermostat. System looks fairly clean and anti freeze looks good.

Possible vacuum line?? What next??

Any help appreciated. thanks

Sounds like the all to common blend door connector has broken. Remove the heater control module on top of the housing under the hood and see if the door is swing loose. If it is the connector is broken.

Wanna disconnect both the lines and try back flushing them? I know it feels like it is hot but if you want to be sure, blackflush it. After that we might have to look at the blend doors to see if they are working right.
