Default Low end miss that goes away about 3500 rpm's

Hello , I have a 95 Lt1 that at low rpm's it acts like it's missing a cylinder but when the rpm's come up above 3500 it comes back. I have replaced fuel sending unit, fuel pump, spark plugs, wires and distributor is less than a year old any help would be awsome thanks.

You could try to power balance by disconnecting each injector and note how much each cylinder rpm dropped. Make sure plug wires are firmly seated on both ends. Has car every run correctly after parts were replaced or is this an on going concern?

Have you tried a compression test or leakdown test? Sometimes a miss will seem to disappear with higher rpms.
