Default 1993 parking brake connection

My parking brake broke when I pulled up on it to hard on my '93 coupe. I jacked up the car today and trying to figure out how the cable comes from the lever to the left and right cables. I had purchased two of the connectors. Once underneath one connector was still on, the other missing along with what looks like in fsm 5F3 figure two item 8 and 9.
What I don't figure out is how when you pull up on parking lever operates both cables? Not seeing something, plus I need to find that short cable # 9 and # 8 cable guide. Any suggetions on those parts. The left and right cables are working, but the rubber dust covers are dry rotted and fallen apart.

Try a near by Corvette recycling yard or go on line to Corvette America or Zip for parts. Stay away from the local auto parts stores.

Figured out how it works. Will fit the left cable back into the upper cable bracket, put nylon tie and some electric tape around it so it won't pull/slide out of slot.I
