Default Taillight Fuse Keeps Blowing - Where to Start?

I've blown the taillight fuse each of the last three times I've turned the lights on. It blows within about 2 minutes of driving/being on. I haven't messed with any other electrical stuff recently and every light on the car works except the right front cornering light. The old bulb is fused in the socket and I haven't been able to track a new one down. I'm not really sure where to start in diagnosing the problem and trying to fix it so I'm hoping someone here can help. Thanks.

I would start at the inoperative light. Replace bulb and socket and re-evaluate.

I agree with Kevova start with the Known Ugly.
