Default C5 thin spokes on 86'

I know that Corvette Central sells a kit to allow C5 rims to be used on C4 rigs. But, I haven't ever seen or heard of anyone actually doing it... Any good/bad stories on this? It just seems like the 18" rear rims might not fit well or throw the steering geometry off. I would love to put them on my rig but I don't want to spend alot of $$ then have it not work for some reason. Any Suggestions?

Check the sigs around here several guys are doing it. There is a guy trying to sell his in C4 parts section and has a pic of them on the car. I think most people are going with 17" rims all the way around though and you will have to buy wheel adapters to correct the backspacing. Most wheel places will give you the option to buy 2-17" &2-18" or 4-17" wheels when you get the package.

Better ask someone who has actually used the adapters!
