Default 1994 LT1 Coupe (Time Capsule) Multiple Issues

As I mentioned in my new member intro back in 2020, I have a 1994 automatic coupe with 27K original miles on it. After a small RF altercation on a club drive, I put it in the garage in 2003 and just pulled it out in 2020 after 17 years of sulking. It was started multiple times every year but not driven. As we all know....sitting is not good for your car...so spare me the comments, I am well aware of this as my brother is a professional Porsche mechanic and reminds me of that every chance he gets. :-) Anyway, wanting to get her back as a weekend toy. Things I have done so far to get her back on the road. Drained the tank and replaced fuel pump and filter so it would start again. Wish I had known about ethanol free gas back in 2003. Replaced the original 1994 tires for obvious reasons. Wish it had been running well enough to have burned them off the rims as there was still quite a bit of dry rotted tread on all of them :-) Big surprise, car has a misfire issue. but there are no codes to help me diagnose this issue. Replaced the plugs and wires..still has a misfire at idle and from standing start. Just as an aside, brand new AC Delco wires ohm out higher than the 27 year old stock wires that were on the car...imagine my glee over finding this out particularly given the joy of swapping out the drivers side wires. Car starts up immediately and runs great once you get it up to speed. Being 66 years old and having grown up reading plugs before computers were in cars, I have discovered that the plug in cylinder #4 keeps fouling out. Swapped out plugs in 2 and 4 to confirm it isn't a bad plug. I suspect I might have a clogged injector (and by clogged, I mean a bad spray pattern) and have dumped some Techron into my 93 octane ethanol free gas..hey, everybody can dream. Having read the entire thread here on Bosch III injectors started way back in 2005 when you could replace the OEM injectors for $169.00, I am at the cross roads here thinking that is my next step to try and resolve this issue but that solution appears to have gone up in price substantially since 2005.

So looking for opinions on possible alternatives. Is there any way to clean out the factory injector other than the over priced dealer cleaning if that is even still an option anymore.

Hoping to tap into the vast data base of knowledge that exists here.

Some side notes. I own the GM factory Service Manuals for this car for reference if needed. Not that I think it's relevant at this point in time but the Opti Spark and intake manifold gaskets were replaced under warranty before the car was taken off the road.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration regarding my problems. I have a few more issues to discuss but will cross that bridge after I fix this one.

Happy 4th everyone...

You can send your injectors here and have them cleaned. They are highly recommended by many members here. I sent mine to them and they worked well after being cleaned. https://fuelinjectorconnection.com/

I bought a set of Bosch III injectors 0280155715 24lb for my 92 off eBay for 40.00. they came with new o rings and were rebuilt with new filters . They work great so far. No need to spend 200.00 on them. You may need 22lb injectors for your 94. I recall reading that the 92 was a unique year that was 23.8lb from the factory.
