Default 96 LT4 Clutch Noise?

We recently had the clutch replaced by a Chevrolet dealer with new GM parts. On the way home I noticed a new noise. It is a singing type of noise like something making a slight rubbing sound. I had the main seal changed, the rear end fluid changed, and the U-joints checked. I am driving it for 500 miles to see if it goes away but it is bugging me. Any ideas?

The singing sound.....I have that too, I noticed it after a gear install. Not sure if its always been there or if its part of a problem. My car Is in the Shop right now for a vibration I started getting that I am trying to associate with the singing sound. I know im not helping your problem. Just seems to me after work done our ears get better. :D Im going to see what answers the post come up with. Good luck.

The sound is more like a rubbing sound that is coming from the clutch area. It sound worse when I am in sixth gear.

I think you may have it. Is it worth the hassle of taking it back to Mr. Goodwrench or do you think it will go away without any real harm?
Thanks for your help.
