Default VIDEO: Fuel Pressure Issue?

See the video above - the car stalls at the end: I am having issues with what feels like power loss, throttle response time (these is a delay when I press the throttle to the car revving), and also the car sputtering and dying occasionally. This makes me wonder if I have fuel pressure problems.

LT1 1993 383 - 30lbs injectors with a 255 Racetronix fuel pump.

1: When the car is turned to the "on" position, shouldnt the needle almost instantly jump to around 42?
2: Car looses pressure when it dies.
3: Should the pressure remain more constant and not dip below 42psi when pressing the trottle?

How do these readings look?
Could a kinked line cause this issue? - Looking at the fuel tubing, one of the hard lines looks a slightly warped.
The other thing I wonder about if the fuel pump could be bad?

This video does not show enough to tell if the pump is fine or not. The pressure is fine and the operation of the vacuum regulator is fine. It first rises when you first hit the throttle and then it drops when you close the throttle, this is all fine. You would need to drive the car and put it under load to see if the fuel pressure holds at 42 PSI to verify pump output.

The dropping of the fuel pressure at engine shut's off is not how the factory set-up is, but may be fine, just depends on pump design and regulator check-valve. Fuel in non-compassable so a very small leak back to the tank will cause the fuel pressure to drop very quickly. Most likely a non-issue.

My fuel pressure is 34psi at idle with the vacuum line connected. If you open the throttle, the pressure will respond by increasing due to less vacuum. At idle with the vacuum line removed it is a steady 42psi.
