Been putting off asking this because it seems so elementary, but how the hell does the top plug on the wiper motor un plug on a '90? I unplugged the one closest to the driver side with no issue, but no matter how I depress that tab on the top one, it won't budge. Someone help an old weak man out.

Bad part is, I'm just trying to see if it's functional. Low and high speed works fine, washer pump works fine and park is good. However, when I cut it on to Delay, the wipers are on Low speed, no matter the delay setting.

Yeah, my delay function is the same way. I've just never cared enough about it to fix it. I don't drive it in rain anyway. Not because I think it's some kind of specal car or anything, but because Corvettes are for driving on nice, sunny days with the top off, in my view.
