Default Bought my project 350 today-opinions...

The same guy that I bought my edelbrock performer rpms from sold me his motor yesterday. It ran 7.8's at 90 MPH with a miniram- 216 454 camshaft, stock throttle body, 1 3/4 inch long tubes and 2 1/2 duals and edelbrocks. He ran those times on street tires....

The block has been decked, the motor has been balanced, it has KB hypertectic pistons, moly rings, and 13 pounds have been cut off the block. He included a moroso oil pan, flywheel and balancer....

I got the whole shortblock for 350 dollars...It has 5,000 miles on the rebuild and I know what it ran in his car....(only difference is I am now having the heads extensively worked)

Sounds like it worked well for him. What will you be bolting up to it compared to him?

I am buying his exhaust too...Everything will be the same except I will run a superram, nitrous, and fully ported edelbrock heads.
