Low Oil light comes on, and.......
my oil is not low. I then turn the key off and turn it back on and the light goes out. Is there a sending unit for this that is bad ?
Would re-setting the ECM help?

My 92 does this every now and again. Same as everyone else, I check the oil and after the restart no more " low oil " light. Happens several times per year. Had the sending unit checked and it passes. I have learned to live with it.

Sometimes from a cold start, on the guages readout my oil temperature will say low if the oil temp is below 30. Goes away after about 15 seconds and oil gets up to whatever the minimum readout temperature is.
