1/4 mile time????

1/4 mile time????
I have a 87 that i'm replacing the engine in. If I was going to put a 500hp engine in it and got 370 or so the the ground. What do you think it would do in the 1/4? It has the original auto tran and rearend. :confused: My dads Eclipes just dynoed at a little shy of 300 to the ground. I dont want him to take me out! :boxing

I'll be interested to hear how you can make 500HP and pass Cali emissions. It's gonna be tough if you live in IM240 territory, esp since Cali really is tight on the visual inspection.
