You don't pull the dash, instead, pull the passenger seat.

Pull the hush panel, drop the ECM and the door control module.
Remove the support bar going from the door pillar to the dash.
Use a 7mm to take the cover off the heater box.
Pull the cover, unbolt the core, re-install.
Drink beer and laugh at webpage showing guys pulling dash.

Clarification needed... when you say "hush panel," are you referring to the carpeted knee bolster below the glove box (on my '91) or the the panel underneath the dash that contains a courtesy light and hides all the wiring and electronics? I ask because it's impossible to remove the carpeted "panel" by itself due to the fact it's an integral part of the upper dash pad. I've read several articles that say removal of the heater core on '90-'93 models is impossible using the Fast Guy method. The conclusion is that the upper dash panel has to be removed on those cars because of this "all in one" situation.

These posts on procedures for the heater core replacement need to be year specific. Big variations in 84-89, 90-92, 93-96 procedures.
