Hard Start
The other day I was filling up and went to start and all I got was a click...tried again..start. so I shut it down tried again click again start.
My cranking time is increasing to about 4 seconds where it used to be almost instant. Sounds kind of weak.
Fuel, fire or Starter problem on long crank? 153k miles looks like original starter.

Clean the connections to the starter and go from there. Make sure you have full battery voltage to the starter. I'm assuming your battery is in good condition and VATS isn't the problem.

I would suspect some heat soak on the starter, a heat sheild would help.
