When opening file in CATs, everything is zero.

Got the pocket programmer look alike, and i got the program installed, and the power hooked up, (i've come a long way today) figured out how to save files, under binary, 8bit etc. But when i open them in CATS, everything is "0". there are no values or data. everything is blank. Any ideas?? maybe i'm saving the files wrong..... please help. i'm so close...

Are you saving only the 16Kb of actual info?

I saved it again. 32K. Looks just like the one i downloaded for a GTA TPI offline a while ago just to screw around with. But when i open the GTA's, it's loaded with info. i open my file...it's empty!!!! WTF! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :reddevil :rant: :cuss

Ok, the BINs are actually only 16KB in size. I forget the exact addresses that you need to read off the chip to get the 16KB file. What are the 4 letters on your stock chip, you can probably download it. For example my 87 is ABTB.

I thnk he converted to SD, if so the BIn is 32K

this is fixed. the Memcal legs...one was broken. I'm not thinking to highly of the guy i got this chip from. I got it to read, I opened CATS, did my adjustments and saved them, now the dam thing won't program!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :skep:
