Los Angeles emissions tests, L98 pre-cats
Is it possible to pass the toughest LA emissions tests on an L98 with gutted pre-cats or even with a front Y pipe that has no pre-cats? Do any companies make high-flow pre-cats that are legal in LA?

Lots of guys have passed the emissions test with just a main Cat.
Make sure to have the car HOT before taking the test.
Coolent temps should be 210 - 220 degs.
