I removed the tee in mine that went under the oil pan and hooked that hose from the water pump up to the upper heater core hose.And the lower heater core hose goes to the front of the intake.

How many holes are in your water pump? I don't have a factory oil pseudocooler, so my water pump only has three holes, two big ones for the block/radiator and one little one for the heater core.
