what is the lph rating for the stock fuel pump on my lt-4
I need a new fuel pump and wanted to get a little bit more flow than stock without overtaxing the stock wiring.

How big are your injectors?? The stock pump will flow more than the stock injectors (22lbs/hr)can handle and probably more than enough for injectors up to 26-28lbs.
The factory fuel pressure regulator determines pressure at the fuel rail and the size of the tubes in the fuel lines and rails will limit the volume to a degree. An adjustable fuel pressure regulator will help if you have bigger injectors which need more fuel pressure. Installing a higher-flow pump may not give you any improvements if everything else is stock.
