If you plan on using them at the track I wouldn't skimp...I've never heard of that brand before, and I don't trust drilled rotors from companys I don't know. I'd hold on them until someone can say something good about that brand. If they're quality, then the price is good!

I would be a little leery

Drilled roters have just about proven to be of no value other than appearance. Years ago, brake pads could give off a lot of gas and drilling was the solution. Modern pads don't off gas much if any. Drilled roters also, if not properly done, develop cracks around the holes.

Slotted does help to get rid of the dust that may momentarily exist between the roters and the pads as you are braking.

Most people running the tracks use stock roters and discard them as they wear out...maybe more effective and less expensive

And then...I would really be leery of four roters for $ 159.00
