Hi I just got my 93 and was wondering what it would take to upgrade the brakes to the ZR-1 spec. Question two where should I look for these parts, the local GM dealer? Question three what are the part numbers. Thanks in advance for any help.

Today is the LAST day that you can get in on the Group Purchase though.

Verify that you don't already have the J55 RPO code on your inside center console lid...provided it is there and your original lid. RPO J55 is the ZR1 brakes. GS isn't really worth the extra bones but looks a lot better. I haven't seen any data yet to support the GS brakes just a lot of opinions so I will hold open to any proof that they are better and worth the extra money. I have done the upgrade to the J55 option myself. You can buy used or you can buy new stuff...you wallet will be your guide. I rebuilt my calipers before installing them just for piece of mind as to their condition.
