Default 95 rear bumper cover

Could someone give a vintage Vette guy some info on removing the rear bumper cover on a 95? Like where are the fastners located and what has to be removed to access them. Any and all asistance would be appreciated.

From my Haynes Manual:

1) Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2) Remove the gass filler door-to-body screws.
3) Remove the gas cap and the filler neck seal. Replace the gas cap.
4) Remove the three screws on each side attaching the fascia to the gas door panel. There is a fourth screw on each side, but it will be removed later from underneath.
5) Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands.
6) Remove the screws attaching the bottom edge of the fascia to the energy pad.
7) Remove the screws attaching the rear wheel well panel to the lower side of the fascia.
8) Dissconnect the side marker and backup/turn signal lights.
9) Remove the two fascia-to-body attaching nuts on each side.
10) Remove the license plate light and disconnect the backup lights.
11) Remove the two bolts attaching the license opening to the frame extension.
12) Pull the bottomedge of the fascia backwards to gain access to the upper fascia mounting nuts and remove the nuts.
13) Disconnect the taillights.
14) Pull the fascia back and remove the remaining top fascia-to-body attaching screws, including the gas door panel screws.
15) Remove the fascia and energy absorbing pad from the frame extension.
16) Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
