What most people don't realize about BBE is that we are not a warehouse full of robotic machines pumping out a mass-produced product. Each product is engineered for a specific result and then hand built right here in the U.S. each time it's ordered.
In the beginning, a prototype is done for each new application and a master jig is created to make each exhaust going forward is exactly how it's supposed to be made to ensure each unit in made without room for error. Now once all this is said and done, could we fill our warehouse with overseas product? Sure, but that's not the quality standard established by the Boat family almost 25 years ago! These established standards utilize precise mandrel tube benders and an abundance of skills from craftsmen who are experts in their field.
