Default Code 25 & 41 help

I need your help, I was driving along in my 92 ZR1 ( it was 90 degrees out) all of a sudden the car starts to stumble and then shuts down. I tried to restart it cranked but would not fire off, the dash was flashing “SYS” after 2min it started & I drove her home. I pulled the codes and I have a 25 & 41 this has been an intermittent problem over the past year it only rises once every 2-3 months. I have replaced the IAC, MAP, PROM ”Doug Rippee chip”, 4:10 rear & B&B any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Brett

Okay will do, even though it seems okay! one additional question is 42psi okay for the fuel pressure?

Thanks for your help!

Yes - that is normal for resting fuel pressure - should jump up to around 50 psi at wot - with secondaries on.

Check prom and ecm. Hopefully somebody near by has one you can use as a test unit.

I have already sent the Prom back to Rippee and it tested okay, should I purchase a new ECM?

I know this is reviving the dead but I am having the same problem and was wondering if a solution was ever found.
