First you'll need a site to host (or store) the images. Right here on CF you can get some space for free (go to the CF home page and follow the link). If you choose that route you can then upload the images from your computer to your new home page using the file manager.

Once you have the images uploaded then it's just a matter of using the following format:

[IMG]http://url[/IMG

In my example insert the url for the image and add a ] at the end.
