Was it something to do with some of the vendors listed not being sponsors here?

The thread is still active:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1577678

There was an issue with reference to non-supporting vendors in the thread:

http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1118158

Forum rules allow occasional references to non-supporting vendors, but not the routine use of the Forum for commercial purposes by a non-supporting vendor.

Installed an Elite Engineering oil catch can yesterday. Only problem I had was with what looks like some sort of a ground wire attached to the backside of the PVC hose. What it's purpose is I haven't a clue, but I left it. Made it a little difficult to put the new hose on as it kept me from turning the PVC hose far enough around. I have a slight kink in the hose, but not too bad. Anyone know what that ground wire looking thing is for? And why in the hell would they attach it to the PCV hose?

Today, test drove for about 10 miles this morning to check out yesterday's right rear bearing replacement. It's all good. Now, for the fronts. When they come in.

Not today but yesterday. Went on a nice little cruise for about 50 minutes one way to Florence, Arizona to a car show. Great time and lots of cool stuff there.
