dealer called me today letting me know they got a zr1 in so i went in to check it out
black/black zr1 with 43k miles has aftermarket exhuast on it
unsure what brand though they want 38k for it

any way my question is there is an emblem above the ride control switch that says phase one is this a reference to ride control system or maybe its been moded with a performance chip?

What year is the car? Off hand that's expensive for a 43K mile car no matter what year.

Way too expensive for a 92' with those miles... $25 - $28K tops. Not familiar with the "phase one" thing. It's not part of a stock ZR-1. Not aware of any tuners that used that phrase.

Plenty of ZR-1s out there for much less money, shop around dont buy the first one you come accross!

its a comon color combo and you can spend less and get one with less miles.

Check out the zr1netregistry.com for the money they are asking you could get a real nice 95

I just got my black/black '90 ZR-1 with 43,000 on the clock and Borla exhaust for $21,000. For a second, I thought you were talking about my car until I saw the price! That must be one hell of a mod to be charging $38 large!

Car is waaay overpriced. Never heard of phase one anything on a Zr1

As was stated earlier, the phase one label is something aftermarket. I would go back to the salesman and ask him to research it. For the "commission" on that car he should work a little.
