I got mine from Mid-America with their 10% off at Valentine's Day. They don't show any pics in their catalog but the taillight is listed on the "Replace, Repair, or Restore Headlight & Taillight System" page. It's item #614-134. Going to start my install today and will take some pics along the way.

I got mine from Corvette central, but I think they get them from Eckler's, as the installation instructions came from them...

The small problems I had, showed out to be a wire problem on the switch itself! All the connections where as they should be..

Default amber turn signals in australia

hello artic91
It seems that you have the same problem as i do,
I live in Australia and imported a 88 triple black convertable i purchased on a previous holiday to the U S.
I also must retrofit amber turn signals to my vette. and as i have encounted, i can not purchase any amber turn signals in Australia,
I have been told they no longer make them ,and no one i have contacted has,or can get any.
I have started a process of elimination, and have ordered high output amber L E D globes, that should shine through the red lense, enough to pass the R T A
requirements.
If this fails, I will look at getting some made up by a company that does injection molding,to produce amber lenses.
I have already purchased the euro amber covers from Eclers, and the are a waste of money, and just wont
work full stop.
I will keep you informed on my progress, and hope you can let me know if you have any leads on amber lenses.
thanking you downunder88

Default LHD in Australia

Hi,
actually you can register & use LHD in Australia PROVIDED it is a pre 1989 personal import.
As I live in NSW I am not too sure about the other Australian states requirements.
I am bringing in a 1984 C4 and requires only amber indicators and headlamps re pitched to the left side of the road (the rest is just normal roadworthy stuff).
I hope this helps.

As that the thread you replied to is 8 years old I'm going to go out on a limb and declare the he's probably fixed his problem by now.
Or not.
