The hood is not a stock 88 hood. It was one of the first made that fit the laid back radiator so you need a later hood to match the radiator support area.

I have a later hood as well that Id love to see go on this car its from a 90 ZR-1 and has some slight damage in the recess area if your interested let me know.

Are the 1990-96 hoods the same for a regular Corvette and a ZR1 or is the ZR1 a stand alone unit?

It will take at least 1-2 years, being that I spend most of my time working on customers cars. I'll do most of the work on the weekends only.

I think the hoods are the same from 90 up
