Fixture to flow LT5 head out there?
About to start tearing down a 5k mile LT5 I sold to the guy that bought my Z last yr. Will have a full P&P, externally polished, going to grind the cams etc.
I have never seen a flow sheet on these and may have to make a fixture if I cant find one.
I do want to fully document this before and after to see what the gains truly are at all levels.
Anyone?

Well its set in stone, my car goes out to the body shop next week so in its place will be the motor getting torn down.
Thanks to those who have pmed/offered help.
Its a little irritating that so many are tight lipped about this stuff to be honest. Ill post it up anyway someone has to....its been done a thousand times anyway.

What number at what lift, intake, exhaust, etc. Looking for an actual sheet that lists .100 up through .500 or something to that effect.
Anyone?

For 4-valve heads, the .050" lift numbers are relevant. Hopefully, somebody can post up a flow data sheet as I'm curious also. It'd be even better if this thread turned into more than a few pages.

On the JE Piston's, it's their Thermal Barrier on top and Tuff Skirt on the side's
My heads had a budget... stock valves and guides. I shot my $$$ on the bottom end to hold up to N20 shot. I ended up were you are restarting from @ .450 lift
