Default shocked

I was surprised at the bid for the ZR-1's that sold yesterday. I'm going to the B-J auction on Saturday, hope they have some left, I'm bidding for sure.

That ZR-1 was a steal. Low miles, original sales documentation, fully loaded and its black. What's not to love!

Here is the video from the auction last night:

It looks pretty good in that Video but you really never seen the front bumper or the hood, you only see part of the front bumper. If you pull up the lot #, it has no front plate, the bumper looks faded and wavy.

Regardless, a steal if you don't have to put 4 or 5k into it. Commentary was also better then normal.

No, it just goes to show you how crazy BJ can be.

I'm not going comment on the black zr-1 but I can tell you that " show lights" and tv can make a nasty shoe shine although in the video it looks nice. I wish someone who was actually at BJ could comment on that black cars paint although at 18k its a good deal but keep in mind it also had like 60,000 miles and I think those deals can be found daily without BJ.

I saw about 4 or 5 ZR-1's on Sat at B-J. The black one had some repaint on the front facia, it did look in very nice condition. The wheels were not in all that great condition and I believe the price reflected the overall condition of that car. Some of the other ZR-1's were in great condition and the prices reflected the condition of those cars. Overall though, I can't remeber that many ZR-1's at one time going through B-J.

Have a great day, and save the wave!
