Nothing more to show right now. Addressing a slight coolant leak issue, and then a wheel bearing issue. The car goes back to the painter hopefully next week to replace the windshield / A-Pillar weatherstripping. After that I will take more photographs. Thanks for all of the positive comments.

That's the plan for now. I have finally come to grips with the fact I can have a non-original or modified car.

Here are a couple of more photographs. All weather stripping has been replaced now, new tires. Over the winter the interior will be addressed.

Default 94 Copper Convert.

Love the way it looks on the ZR-1. I have a 94 Copper Convertible in Orlando FL that has 60K, Auto, Tan and a NCRS Dave Hill Award that is available for sale. Asking $28,500. All judging ribbons and sheets come with the car ( I will keep the Hill Award as it is present to me ). If anyone wants photos PM me.

Thanks
Joel

Jerry, if you pay close attention, the stainless bolts, coolant hoses, clamps and moral support came from you! :-)

The car was painted by Master Works, which is a Corvette restoration facility in here in Michigan and the owner is Werner Meier, who is a Hall of Fame member of the National Corvette Museum and a friend of mine.

Funny thing about being a Monday morning quarterback is everyone, and I mean everyone, is gaga about the copper metallic yet back when it was offered not many ponied up to buy it and hence the rarity. I looked at a 87 convert in 87 that was orange metallic with white top and interior. Found out years later at an event that only 27 were made in that combo. Dealer was begging my father to buy it as nobody wanted it. I thought it was cool as it was close to my 71 Nova color which by the way I was driving so I don't think $27k was in my budget at 17 years old. My 1980 I painted it in 1996 with 95-96 corvette dark purple metallic which still looks great. Not many bought that color either which in my opinion was one of GM's best colors of all time.
